This strong coffee smoothie with peanut butter, dates, and maple syrup makes a delicious, creamy, and nutritious coffee alternative. This is a pure vegan coffee smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml espresso or mokapot coffee
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 60 ml almond milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes

How to make it

Make espresso with a strong dark roast coffee blend, let it cool. Slice frozen bananas. Pour all ingredients into a blender. Add ice cubes to it and blend to make it smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with banana slices.

How to
